Dog Daycare
Do you know what your dog does all day while you are gone? If he or she is like most dogs, they either spend the day bored and lonely, or getting themselves into trouble! We know you can't be with them all day, and by the time you get home, they want to play while you want to relax and unwind.
Dog Daycare is the answer. Drop your dog off at Dogtopia® and let them burn off all that doggy energy, so that you can spend your evenings relaxing together!
Dogtopia® requires an evaluation for all dogs prior to them being allowed to attend daycare or boarding. The evaluation consists of us reviewing the evaluation forms, verifying the required vaccinations, and then introducing them to a group of dogs. Once your dog is accepted, they may come for daycare or boarding at any time.
During daycare, your dog will be placed into a play group that is best suited to their temperament and size. Dogtopia® has daycare rooms with padded flooring and lots of toys and play equipment. We have the "gymnasium," for the active larger dogs and a "romper room," for smaller dogs and gentler players.
Their playgroup will go outdoors for a quick potty break first thing in the morning and then back inside for playtime. After several hours of playing, everyone goes down for naps between 12 and 2. This is very necessary as playing all morning has worn them out! Nap time is also when your dog will receive any requested snacks or medications. After nap time, it is back outside for a potty break, with possible ball throwing or "swimming" depending on the weather.
You will be happily greeted by a worn out pup when you come to pick them up!
