About Us
Entrepreneurs and sisters, Kim and Amy Nichols, who work together in the mortgage business, decided to open a Dogtopia location based on their passion for dogs and flare for customer service.  After much research of the pet industry, Dogtopia's attention to detail and commitment to happy clients (both canine and human) convinced them it would be a perfect fit for the first upscale dog day care in Waco.
Kim and Amy are thrilled to bring this sorely needed service to the forward thinking Waco community. There can be nothing better than providing area dog owners with peace of mind, knowing their dogs are in a fun, happy environment while theyıre away at work or on vacation.
Anyone familiar with the sisters knows about their love of animals. Kim has 2 dogs, Bonnie Bell, the grinning komondor, and Dixie a mixed breed stray. Amyıs "kids" are Lady, a Sheltie mix, along with 2 adopted stray cats, Lilı Bit and Abby. Lady is especially excited about the new daycare and looks forward to going to work with Amy everyday.
In her free time, Kim enjoys buying and selling antiques and collectibles. Besides her passion for animals, Amy loves to knit and meet with her knitting friends to learn new techniques. Both sisters love to read and travel

Dog Daycare Staff:
Position involves managing the daycare playrooms. Responsibilities include supervising the dogs for appropriate play and maintaining a safe and clean environment. We have two shifts available: 7am - 3pm (our morning shift) or 1pm - 8pm (our afternoon shift).
