When entrepreneurs, Gregory and Lauren Howard, decided to open their own business, they knew they wanted it to be something they'd have a passion for. They wanted to run a business that would be rewarding and helpful to the community. With their love of dogs, Lauren's experience in the pet care industry and Greg's business management expertise, dog daycare was a natural fit!
As lifelong resident's they were especially excited about the idea of serving the community in Monmouth County. They knew dog lovers in the area deserved the best! Therefore they began to investigate dog daycare franchise opportunities and soon found Dogtopia®.
After visiting the headquarters in North Bethesda, MD they were convinced the upscale feel, exceptional customer service and focus on community involvement would be a perfect fit for the area! Dogs and their owners can look forward to a safe and clean environment held to the highest franchise standards. All staff will attend thorough training to ensure all dogs have the most enjoyable and comfortable time while in their designated playgroups. Parents can witness firsthand all the fun being had via the website where all play activity is streamed in real time. It is clear no detail is left behind. They look forward to providing an unparalleled experience for the dogs and giving their owners peace of mind while they are away for the day or on vacation.
Gregory and Lauren Howard currently live in Colts Neck with their two pugs Curtis and Oliver and Princess Sierra the bullmastiff. Curtis and Oliver are pug brothers from different mothers. Oliver recently joined the pack from the Humane Society in Tinton Falls. Sierra was found through the bullmastiff rescue organization. Together they spend most of their days at Dorbrook, Holmdel, or Thompson Park. In the summer time, the crew likes to head down to the beach as well, so many times you will catch them taking a stroll on the boardwalk in Long Branch.

Dog Daycare Staff:
Position involves managing the daycare playrooms. Responsibilities include supervising the dogs for appropriate play and maintaining a safe and clean environment. We have two shifts available: 7am - 3pm (our morning shift) or 1pm - 8pm (our afternoon shift). Please note that we are not hiring temporary or summer help.
