About Us
For the owner of Dogtopia® of Danvers, Tom Dragosits, the dog daycare, spa and overnight facility represents a major career change. Tom spent 25 years in medical device engineering before deciding it was time for a second career. He not only wanted to own his own business, but he wanted to do something he could be passionate about. In Tom's case, this meant something in the pet care industry. Tom has had a lifetime love of dogs, and he decided to focus his career search in this direction.
He began doing research online and came across the Dogtopia® concept. He was immediately attracted to the upscale feel and luxury service. He knew it would be a perfect fit for the Boston North Shore area. His entrepreneurial spirit really kicked in when he found he would be the very first Dogtopia® in Massachusetts!
Tom is supported by his wife Donna and daughters Sarah and Rebecca. They currently reside in North Andover with their Irish Jack Russell Terrier named Kayla. Once Kayla joined the family, all fell in love with the spirit of this lively breed. Before long, both Sarah and Rebecca got Irish Jacks of their own and Tom's house is now a whirlwind of Terrier activity during family get-togethers!

Dog Daycare Staff:
Position involves managing the daycare playrooms. Responsibilities include supervising the dogs for appropriate play and maintaining a safe and clean environment. We have two shifts available: 7am - 3pm (our morning shift) or 1pm - 8pm (our afternoon shift). Please note that we are not hiring temporary or summer help.
