About Us
Stefani Ballard has had a passion for animals all her life. After obtaining a Bachelor of Business degree she enjoyed her career as a media buyer in the advertising industry, but has always wanted to own her own business.  She came across Dogtopia while researching business opportunities online. Stefani decided that Dogtopia was the perfect fit for her entrepreneurial spirit and as an added bonus would give her the chance to work with dogs!
Dogtopia of Austin is a true family venture as Stefani's father, Steve, is a partner in the business. Her mother, Barbara, has begun the process to become a certified veterinary technician to assist and provide valuable knowledge to the business.
Stefani resides in Southwest Austin, TX with her pug Lola. They are active members of the Austin Pug Club and love spending time with their friends and family, both two legged and four legged, either relaxing at home or enjoying and exploring the great outdoors.

Dog Daycare Staff:
Position involves managing the daycare playrooms. Responsibilities include supervising the dogs for appropriate play and maintaining a safe and clean environment. We have two shifts available: 7am - 3pm (our morning shift) or 1pm - 8pm (our afternoon shift). Please note that we are not hiring temporary or summer help.
